Every employee at Northern Lights plays a key role in the Company’s success. Our ongoing commitment and dedication to innovation is evidenced by our exceptional product value and uncompromising customer service.

Mr. Nador is an experienced engineer, with BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Electronics Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnical and McGill University. He is a co-founder of Northern Light Technologies and has been a driving force behind the company’s commitment to quality manufacturing and distribution. Prior to this he ran a software engineering company. Steve is actively involved with his family participating in soccer, tennis and skiing. Steve is proud of the company’s employees; the majority who have been with the company for over 20 years.

Mr. Fountoukis attended Dawson College, and shortly thereafter joined the staff in 1992 at Northern Light Technologies. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis and basketball. Mike is committed to the company’s customers and going the extra mile for them. He is excited about launching new and innovative sales programs.

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University. Deeply involved in the Montreal based family business from a young age, she has has a multifaceted role. Instrumental in product development, helping customers understand the uses and advantages of bright light therapy as well as building impactful partnerships with non-profits, such as the Lightbrary program. Rachel has participated in the Society for Light Treatment and Biological Rhythms (SLRCH) and represented NLT at the American Psychiatric Association. Leading the company’s European expansion efforts at the EPA, Rachel is committed to making NLT’s high-quality lamps available to a global audience.

Jeff Nador, Ph.D. (Research Gate ), joins Northern Light Technologies as the new Head of Research, bringing a wealth of expertise in cognitive neuroscience and advanced EEG methodologies. With a distinguished academic background and contributions to studies on brain-behavior relationships, Jeff is poised to lead innovative research in light therapy applications. Passionate about furthering our understanding of light effects on mood, Jeff is an invaluable new asset to Northern Light Technologies. Under his leadership, the company will advance light therapy solutions grounded in science, delivering measurable benefits to improve lives worldwide.
